About Me...
Zachary Waddell is a life-long resident of Northern Virginia. He has lived in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties, giving him a well-developed and personal familiarity with the area. He attended West Virginia University and studied biology. After returning home to Northern Virginia, Zac began his real estate career as a property manager in Sterling, VA. Here he worked closely with each client to understand their needs, and developed his highly client-focused and customer service oriented approach to real estate. He also developed a deep connection to his community, and so in 2016, decided to make the transition to Real Estate Agent to help others discover the best areas Northern Virginia has to offer. In 2023, Zac joined the Olivia Properties Team at Compass and looks forward to guiding you through the home buying or selling process in an area he's called home since day one!
